Did you know that most home renovations undertaken in 2009 will be eligible for a 15% federal tax credit? Eligible amounts are for expenditures from $1,000-$10,000 with a credit maximum of $1,350.
Eligible expenditures include labour, materials and permits on your home or cottage. Expenditures could include new windows, flooring, kitchens, baths...almost anyting that's a major renovation. You must make the expenditure before the deadline of Feb 1st, 2010. For complete details:
